and I am ecstatic. Still working on everything especially my weaknesses (crossover behind the back speed ) but I put in an hour of dribbling today and my forearms are dead . I need to upload what 150 dribbles in 20 sec looks like . Passed both hand speeds , two ball speeds , two ball power, crossover power. Came close to passing figure 8 pro level but once ball stops my ball control numbers suck.No cardio needed today.
